"My husband and I were told by 2 other AC companies that our entire unit would have to be replaced, we are expecting a sweet baby boy in June and impending summer weather was definitely weighing on our minds. Freedom Services was our last line of defense to triple check that the issue couldn’t be fixed without having to buy a whole new unit. With a new baby on the way we did not want to have to spend and invest in that if it wasn’t warranted. My husband got into contact with the owner Braxton his response was speedy and got out to us a day or so after the initial contact! Within 20 minutes of being in our home he let us know purchasing a new unit was not warranted and assured us he would get the problem fixed and that he did! Our AC was up and running like new same day. I truly appreciate the care and patience professionalism of this company. It truly felt like they cared and weren’t just there to sell us a bunch of things we did not need, I would recommend them to anyone having heat or air issues!"
