Outstanding HVAC service from start to finish, messaged Mr.Braxton for a quote on a 12k BTU mini spit, he quickly responded with a proposal that fitted all the criteria I had explained to him not to mention the supper clean installation he performed in my home in a matter of a quick time, he not only delivered great work but also listen and fulfilled my installation specifications just like I instructed him to do I'm very pleased with his work and would recommend him any time!!!

Braxton isn't just looking to fix or replace your AC unit once and be done or move on. He genuinely is interested in taking care of his customers for life and he's more interested in the VALUE of relationships than the "costs" of upfront materials/supplies in order to win the business and trust of those that entrust him.
Braxton and his team of professional installers came in and replaced our old HVAC system in just hours. They beat everyone's price and went above and beyond taking care of the smallest details. Very happy with their work and now we be chilling 😎

These guys were great. Came when they said they would, were very respectful of me and my property, and cleabed up behind themselves. Did what they said they would do for fair price. Definitely recommend for mini split installs.
We have used these gentleman to redo all of our duct work in the attic and they did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to everyone. We had to have them come out again because we tried using a different company to put a compressor in our AC unit and it only lasted 6 months. They came on a Saturday to evaluate the problem and were back on Monday for the repairs and even contacted someone for us about the warranty. They are a great group of very courteous and caring young men. If I ever need any AC work done, they are the only ones I would trust.
Ended up not needing any work, however spoke to him on the phone. Very professional!!!
Had a problem with my thermostat and a friend recommended to me Braxton to come take a look. Was very knowledgeable polite and punctual. He was also very mindful of being clean when stepping into the house i.e. wearing covers on his shoes and making sure his hands were clean before touching the thermostat. He fixed the problem within two hours and had my unit cooling again in no time!
This is the second time I’ve had a mini split put in one of my homes, and it was a night and day difference between Freedom and the first company I went to. I know where my future business resides now. Would recommend.

Our son recommended Braxton, owner of Freedom Services to give us a quote to replace our split A/C unit that went out. He came out the same day we initially talked. He was finishing up another job, but made time to come out to assess the situation and had a quote to me very quickly. He had the unit ordered and installed in a just a few days. He stayed in touch and kept us informed of his timeline. He was very professional and had us back in a cool house in no time. We had Braxton come out to Blairsville to evaluate a new install in our '60's hous renovation. We decided a 3-head Pioneer System would provide adequate cooling and heating. Him and his crew spent 2 days installing. I was wanting the lines run inside interior walls. They did the demo necessary, and the system looks and performs amazingly. Highly recommend!

We had a 2 ton heat pump system installed by Freedom Services all in one day which I’m happy about. Braxton, the owner answered all my questions about Heat Pumps and recommended three heat pumps and I selected a Bryant which is the sister to Carrier. He also recommended a drip pan with a sensor to warn you if it overflows which our old system didn’t have. Before they left they made sure the a/c, heat and emergency heat was working. These guys are super polite and really knowledgeable. I highly recommend them if you need a HVAC system installed and they also offer maintenance services.

We just had a mini split installed in the garage at our Airbnb. I did quite a bit of research on several different systems but still couldn’t make the decision. I started looking for installers on marketplace and came across a few individuals that specialized in this type of installation. I message 3-4 and only (1) got back with me in a timely manner and was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions. Braxton came out to my home and arrived on time and worked on the system the majority of the day, making certain that the installation was professionally done. I’ve included some photos of the Della system that I purchased on Amazon and you’re able to see the clean work that Braxton did for us.
